Padma Ati Software User Registration Agreement
Dear User,
Welcome to the applications and services of Padma Ati. This agreement establishes the rights and obligations between Padma Ati and users regarding software services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). A "user" refers to any individual or related party who registers, logs in, or uses these software services. This agreement may be updated at any time by Padma Ati and Jeta's Grove Charitable Trust, and the updated terms will immediately replace the previous terms without further notice. Users can review the latest version of the terms within the software. If users do not accept the modified terms after any changes, please cease using the services immediately. Continued use of the services will be deemed as acceptance of the modified agreement.

Changes and Modifications to Service Terms
Padma Ati and Jeta's Grove Charitable Trust reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time. All modifications form part of this service agreement. Users will be notified of any changes within the software. If users disagree with the modifications, they may voluntarily cancel their services; continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the modified terms.

Padma Ati provides Buddhist educational resources to users via the internet, including online courses, scripture studies, practice guidance, educational videos, and other content (hereinafter referred to as "the Services"). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that enhance or augment the current services, including new products, are unconditionally subject to these service terms.

Website and APP content must not be redistributed, uploaded to third-party platforms, or incorrectly marked as "original". Padma Ati and Jeta's Grove Charitable Trust reserve the right to take legal action against any individual or entity engaging in such behaviour, including seeking compensation for reputational damage, economic loss, or other negative consequences resulting from unauthorised or malicious use of content.
